Street, opens its doors from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Fridays. Monday – February 3: Kick Off the Week Right
Start your week with zest! The morning kicks off with the fun and energizing activity Just Keep Movin’ at 9 a.m.. This group-led session focuses on cardio, toning, and strength building. After getting your heart racing, why not treat yourself to a delicious lunch featuring Country Style Steak at 11 a.m.? But that’s not all – relax your body with some Chair Yoga at 12:15 p.m. with instructor Shirley Gomillian. For just $3, you can join the Gentle Flow Yoga session at 1:30 p.m. led by Cindy Brugnoletti.
Tuesday – February 4: Health Day!
The week continues with a focus on health and wellness. Start your Tuesday with Blood Pressure Checks with Freda at 8:30 a.m. It’s a perfect time to monitor your health. Right after that, at 9 a.m., join an 8-week free course called Stay Strong – Stay Healthy, dedicated to improving strength, flexibility, and balance.
