Thanks to the keen eyes of a community member who spotted her dark blue 2019 Mazda CX, which bore the license plate 784 MEP, the authorities were alerted, and Penelope was discovered. Shortly after being located, she was taken to the hospital for a check-up—better safe than sorry!
Penelope is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall with gray hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a long-sleeve shirt and pants. Given the logistical challenges of being unaccounted for in a forested area, everyone is just relieved that she was found safe and sound!
