This Sunday promises to be a musical treat for everyone in Elizabethton! The talented singing group, Heritage from Milligan University, will take to the stage at First Christian Church. The concert coincides with the Sunday worship that kicks off at 9:45 a.m., making it the perfect way to spend your morning. Minister Michael Klaus has also started a new sermon series titled “Jesus Over Everything: The Book of Hebrews” that you may find intriguing as it dives deep into faith-related discussions.
If you’re not able to make it this Sunday, no need to fret! The church will also hold a Bible study session on Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. There are classes designed for all ages, plus a dedicated session aimed at adults. It’s a great chance to learn and connect with others in the community.

David Powers was recognized for his extensive 25 years of ministry and involvement in global missions. Other honorees included Jessica Street for her hurricane relief efforts and Ashley Roberts, who earned the Todd Beamer Student Leader in Christian Service Award for her active participation in campus leadership and ministry internships.
